Solution

Yesterday, Paris was a war zone, attacked by religious fanatics.  Today, we mourn...but we can be sure that, even as we mourn, preparations are being made to deal with the perpetrators.  Unlike Al Qeda, ISIS has some defined armies in the field, territory they control.  France has Mirage jets, warships, an army, and special forces.  I think ISIS made their biggest mistake.  France learned how well half measures and weak attacks on evil work out, back in 1939 to 1945; I don't think we'll see half measures from France, unlike other countries.  There will be justice for ISIS, and shallow graves.
